Dummbatz

The hopeless party game is the third game from the party fever series by DENKRIESEN and has 300 cards with a total of 1500 different terms on board. A fellow player slips into the role of the clueless DUMMBATZ and tries to guess the term he is looking for based on clues from the other players. But be careful! All players must try to unmask the DUMMBATZ and lead him on the ice. This game is tactical, exciting, fast and loose and provides rousing party fun for the next game night. Thanks to the included writing boards and foil pens for up to 8 players, nothing stands in the way of instant fun.

Gameplay

The first player first gets all the boards, draws a DUMMBATZ card and chooses one of the five terms. Then he writes his chosen term on the empty player boards. The person sitting next to him shuffles the remaining player boards together with the DUMMBATZ board and distributes them among the other players. The player who got the DUMMBATZ board is the DUMMBATZ this round. Now the player who chose the term names the rubric and the teammate to his left is the first to name a descriptive tip that has anything to do with the term on his board. Then the other players follow one after the other with their tips. The DUMMBATZ now tries to guess which term is being searched for on the basis of the tips given. When it is the DUMMBATZ's turn, he must also try to describe the term he is looking for without being recognized as a DUMMBATZ. Ein Mitspieler schlüpft in die Rolle des ahnungslosen DUMMBATZ und versucht, den gesuchten Begriff anhand von Hinweisen der Mitspieler zu erraten. Doch Vorsicht! Alle Mitspieler müssen versuchen, den DUMMBATZ zu enttarnen und aufs Glatteis zu führen. Dieses Spiel ist taktisch, spannend, schnell und locker und sorgt für mitreißenden Partyspaß für den nächsten Spieleabend. Dank den enthaltenen Schreibboards und Folienstiften für bis zu 8 Spieler steht sofortigem Spielspaß nichts im Wege.

Spielablauf

Der erste Spieler bekommt zunächst alle Boards, zieht eine DUMMBATZ-Karte und wählt einen der fünf Begriffe aus. Dann schreibt er seinen gewählten Begriff auf die leeren Spielerboards. Der Sitznachbar mischt die verbleibenden Spielerboards zusammen mit dem DUMMBATZ-Board und verteilt sie unter den Mitspielern. Der Spieler, der das DUMMBATZ-Board bekommen hat, ist diese Runde der DUMMBATZ. Nun nennt der Spieler, der den Begriff gewählt hat, die Rubrik und der Mitspieler zu seiner Linken nennt als Erster einen beschreibenden Tipp, der irgendetwas mit dem Begriff auf seinem Board zu tun hat. Danach folgen die anderen Mitspieler nacheinander mit ihren Tipps. Der DUMMBATZ versucht nun, anhand der genannten Tipps zu erraten, welcher Begriff gesucht wird. Wenn der DUMMBATZ an der Reihe ist, muss auch er versuchen den gesuchten Begriff zu beschreiben, ohne dabei als DUMMBATZ erkannt zu werden. Die Mitspieler versuchen, anhand der Tipps festzustellen, wer der DUMMBATZ sein könnte.
